Save a National Treasure By Helping to Preserve the USCGC Ingham
Help us restore and protect America’s most decorated Coast Guard Cutter.
The USCGC Ingham (WHEC-35) is more than just a ship — she is a living piece of American history. Commissioned in 1936 and decommissioned in 1988, she served with distinction in World War II, Vietnam, and the Cold War. Ingham is the only Coast Guard cutter to receive two Navy Combat Action Ribbons, alongside two Presidential Unit Citations and a Navy Unit Commendation.
Now docked in Key West as a floating museum ship and memorial, the Ingham honors those who served and sacrificed. But time and salt air are taking their toll — and without urgent preservation, this national treasure could be lost.
